Now Collecting feedback
We believe employers want to support employees’ mental health.
Our team is gathering thoughts from HR leaders on best practices, what's missing, and applying this to a new model for EAPs...
Reactive intervention
- Individuals don't reach out for support unless experiencing acute symptoms
- Limited blocks of sessions where the individual has no choice of therapist
- Faulty insurance model where the provider profits when services go unused
Proactive support
- Making therapy available for all cases regardless of "symptoms"
- Allowing choice of therapist, and control over when therapy feels "complete"
- Usage-based model whereby the provider actively encourages engagement
Current: Phase 1
We're at an early stage, and we want the design of this new service to have input from employers themselves.
That way we can ensure it works, and build something employees truly love!
Next up: Phase 2
We will run a small pilot with a handful of selected employers to provide employee mental health support with a model designed for better engagement and outcomes.
Phase 3
On the learnings of the initial pilot, we will build a long term, meaningful therapy and counselling model available across all employers, compatible with modern HR practices.
A word from our founder
Having had my own challenges in my late teens, and working for multiple start-ups in my 20s, I wanted to build something that improves access to mental health support.
This is service I could've used a few years back, and I hope it's something you'd like a part in creating.
